Texans Contact NFL About Hits On QBs

Houston Chronicle - Texans' coach Gary Kubiak said Monday that the team sent tapes of three plays from Sunday's game against the Vikings to the NFL office for review.

All three involved Vikings' defensive end Jared Allen's hitting quarterbacks Matt Schaub and Sage Rosenfels.

Allen was not penalized but could be fined by the league. He hit Schaub low in the first quarter and second quarters, causing the quarterback to suffer a torn ligament in his left knee. [READ]
