Huizenga Wants To Sell Dolphins Before Obama Raises Tax

South Florida Sun-Sentinel - Dolphins' owner Wayne Huizenga wants to sell the team in the near future to avoid a potential tax increase on capital gains, as has been proposed by candidate Barack Obama.

"He wants to double the capital gains tax or almost double it," Huizenga said. "I'd rather give it to charity than to him."

He sold 50 percent of the team earlier this year but wants to sell another 45 percent.

"If you do it this year or you do it next year, the difference is humongous because of the taxes," Huizenga said. [READ]
