Friday, December 21, 2001 - Eleven days away from the sideline will have passed when Dan Issel returns to coach the Denver Nuggets again Saturday night.

And while the Nuggets won't be playing one of the NBA's marquee teams in Golden State at the Pepsi Center, the game will have strong local interest because Issel will be returning from a four-game suspension for making an ethnically insensitive remark to a fan after a Dec. 11 loss against Charlotte.

While Issel doesn't expect to be nervous, getting a warm reception would mean a lot to him.
