Flacco An Option For Ravens At QB

The Baltimore Sun - Rookie quarterback Joe Flacco is reportedly in the running to be named the starter for the Ravens, according to The Balitmore Sun.

Troy Smith, Kyle Boller, and Flacco are all apparently battling for the position.

"We'll see. That's a fair question," Coach John Harbaugh said recently on whether or not Flacco had entered the race. "I just don't know the answer."

Flacco was the 18th overall pick in this April's NFL Draft.

"I think he's moving pretty quickly up the [learning] curve," Harbaugh said. "You saw it from the first quarter to the fourth quarter. So he's making a lot of progress." [READ]
