Boller Will Start Preseason Opener

The Baltimore Sun - Kyle Boller will start the Ravens' preseason opener on Thursday against the Patriots, according to The Baltimore Sun.

"I had a feeling that it might happen," Boller said after Tuesday's practice.

Boller, who threw 275 passes in 2007, does not have the team's starting job locked down.

"How I play in these games is going to determine who is going to be the starter," said Boller, who is in the last season of his contract. "Every one of these games is extremely important. You get very limited reps. So, you got to take advantage of every rep that you have and every throw you have. You got to do everything you can to win that job." [READ]
