Culpepper Gets Cortisone Shot

ESPN - Quarterback Daunte Culpepper received a cortisone shot in his right knee this week, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported.

Coach Mike Tice told the newspaper that Culpepper should be ready to go for the Vikings' next game, Oct. 16 at Chicago.

Culpepper revealed this week that he has been playing with a sprained medial collateral ligament and bursitis in his right knee. [READ]
