Taylor Won't Rejoin Miami Until September
22nd May, 2008 - 5:45 pm
The Miami Herald - Jason Taylor isn't expected to rejoin the Dolphins until after training camp, according to a report in the Miami Herald.

Coach Tony Sparano was expected to make an announcement on Thursday confirming that the defensive end intends to skip all team activities between now and the start of the 2008 season.

"I know that Jason is not going to be at any organized team activities," Sparano said. "I know that Jason is not going to be at any minicamps. And I know that right now, Jason is not going to be at training camp. That's what we know."

The move seems to be Taylor's latest in an attempt to get the team to trade him.

"Jason is a player under contract with the Miami Dolphins. He knows that. Both parties are well aware of the information. That's all I'm going to say about it." Sparano added. [READ]
