Titans' Haynesworth Won't Be At Minicamp
8th May, 2008 - 10:56 am
ESPN - Tennessee defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth will not be at the team's minicamp because he is unhappy with his current contract situation, according to the Associated Press.

The team's camp opens Thursday.

"Albert is continuing to work out on his own," agent Chad Speck said.

The Titans tagged Haynesworth as their franchise player in February and now must come to terms with him on a new deal by July 15.

If that doesn't happen, Tennessee will be forced to sign him to a one-year deal worth $7.8 million. [READ]
