| 4th May, 2008 - 11:24 am |  The Indianapolis Star - Marvin Harrison's agent claims that the Colts' wide receiver is not currently being investigated by the police regarding his involvement in a Philadelphia shooting earlier this weel, according to the Indianapolis Star.
"I've spoken with Marvin, and I've spoken with his attorney, and they say the reports are erroneous. Marvin was not involved in any shooting, and he is not the subject of this investigation," Tom Condon, Harrison's agent, told ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
Both the Colts and the Philadelphia Police Department have declined to comment on the rumors.
