GM Ireland Admits To Taylor Trade Talks

The South Florida Sun-Sentinel - Dolphins' General Manager Jeff Ireland finally admitted on Sunday that he had some discussions with teams in regard to the services of Jason Taylor, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

He reportedly had discussions with the Jacksonville Jaguars last week regarding Taylor.

"We took some calls earlier in the week but, guys, nothing's changed on that," Ireland said Sunday night. "We did have discussions with the Jaguars, and again I'm not going to discuss what we discussed. Again, like I said, nothing's changed."

Miami could still be looking to trade Taylor because they drafted two pass-rushing ends in the first three rounds of this weekend's NFL Draft (Philip Merling and Kendall Langford). [READ]
