Redskins Still Trying To Trade For Chad

The Washington Post - The Redskins are still trying to trade for Bengals' wide receiver Chad Johnson, according to the Washington Post.

Cincinnati turned down Washington's first offer on Tuesday, which was rumored to be a first round pick in this weekend's draft and a conditional first-day selection in 2009.

Vinny Cerrato, Washington's executive vice president of football operations, wouldn't confirm anything saying, "We'll just leave it with what Marvin Lewis said. I really don't think there's anything to add to that." [READ]
