The Philadelphia Inquirer - Donovan McNabb claims that Eagles head coach Andy Reid plans to keep him on the team past this month's draft, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

There have been murmurs that the Eagles were looking to deal him before the draft at the end of the month, but Reid reportedly assured McNabb otherwise.

"Andy has addressed that to me and let me know that he would never let me go anywhere," McNabb said during an interview on ESPN radio. "You know, that kind of promise provided confidence in him, but it wasn't like I was looking to head anywhere unless I was told otherwise."

McNabb also claims that he wants to play in Philadelphia for "at least another six or seven years." [READ]
