Jets, Coles Agree To Extension

The New York Post - The Jets and wide receiver Laveranues Coles agreed to terms on a contract extension on Thursday, according to the New York Post.

The terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed, but it is believed that two or three years were added to a deal that had a pair of seasons remaining.

Coles was critical of the team earlier this offseason because it did not appear as though the Jets were going to honor his request for a new deal. [READ]
