Anderson, Browns Close To Deal

The Plain Dealer - The Cleveland Browns and quarterback Derek Anderson are close to agreeing to terms on a new deal, according to The Plain Dealer.

"Talks have been a little more frequent in recent days," Cleveland GM Phil Savage told The Dealer in an e-mail. "It seems that the three-year deal is becoming more the focus. We've had pretty good dialogue and will continue over the [NFL scouting] combine." [READ]
