Contract Talks With Roethlisberger Expected To Begin This Week

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette - The Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to begin contract talks with Ben Roethlisberger this week, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Roethlisberger has two years left on his contract, but both the quarterback and his team have expressed their desire to make the pact a longer one.

"I'm eager, anxious, because I want to get it done with. I want to say let's go, let's get it over with so the talks can stop, people can stop bugging me about it," Roethlisberger told the Post-Gazette in January. "Because I just want to play football.'' [READ]
