Goodell Touches On Various Things In 'State of NFL'

ESPN - NFL commissioner Roger Goodell addressed many questions on Friday while giving a 'State of the NFL' speech in Phoenix.

He officially announced next season's London battle between the Saints and Chargers, touched on the league-approved plan for the Buffalo Bills to play a game in Toronto next season and even spoke on the infamous SpyGate scandal.

The commissioner also touched on the NFL's apparent labor issues and the future of HGH testing in the league. [READ]
