The team provided no further details on the seriousness of the injury. Smith also sat out practice Wednesday.
The injury to Carolina's top receiver comes as the Panthers are finally getting healthier at quarterback. Vinny Testaverde and David Carr both practiced for a second straight day. Coach John Fox gave no indication who would start Sunday at Green Bay. [READ] |
