Green Takes Plea Agreement, May Face Punishment From The NFL

The Journal Sentinel - Rather than take the charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse to a jury, Packers running back Ahman Green agreed to a tentative plea agreement with the Brown County District Attorney.

Green may now face a possible punishment for violating the NFL?s personal-conduct policy.

The policy states that anyone convicted of a criminal violation or accepting a plea to a lesser offense "will be subject to discipline as determined by the commissioner." The discipline could be a fine, suspension or banishment from the league. [READ]
