Cardinals Expected To Sign QB Tim Hasselbeck

ESPN - In search of another backup quarterback after the season-ending injury to Matt Leinart thrust Kurt Warner into the starting role, the Arizona Cardinals are expected to sign veteran Tim Hasselbeck after Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers.

The signing is contingent on the Cardinals not suffering any injuries Sunday that require other potential roster moves.

During his career, Hasselbeck has been on the roster of the New York Giants, Washington Redskins, Philadelphia Eagles and the Panthers. [READ]
