11th September, 2007 - 4:01 pm
RealGM Staff Report - The Tennessee Titans acquired DE Bryce Fisher for an undisclosed draft pick in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks today. Fisher joins the Titans after spending the last two seasons in Seattle. Prior to joining the Seahawks, he played three seasons with the St. Louis Rams (2002-2004) and one campaign with the Buffalo Bills (2001).

?He has a lot of the attributes that you look for in a base defensive end - someone who plays the run, has the ability to rush the passer and can play either side,? said Titans general manager Mike Reinfeldt. ?I expect him to fit well in our system and add to the depth that we are building in the defensive line.?

?This is a good addition to our team in a number of ways,? said Titans head coach Jeff Fisher. ?He has been a productive and durable player through the years and a player that we have had interest in for a number of years. I look forward to adding him to our defensive line mix.? [READ]
