Fisher Wants To Extend Stay With Titans

ESPN.com - The NFL's longest-tenured active head coach in terms of continuous service with the same franchise, Jeff Fisher reiterated here Tuesday between Titans camp practices that he wants to extend his stay.

Fisher, 49, is entering his 13th full season as the Titans' coach and is also going into the final year of his contract with the club. There have been ongoing negotiations toward an extension and, while Fisher said there is no timetable for finishing a new contract, he is confident that one will be consummated. [READ]
