The Patriots were thin at the position due to the season-ending knee injury suffered by Chad Scott during practice and the continued holdout of Asante Samuel.
Wesley, 28, is entering his sixth NFL season and has played in 71 career regular-season games with two starts for the Panthers (2002-05) and Bears (2006). [READ] |
