Owens Asked To Leave Camp, Suspended A Week

Philadelphia Inquirer - Terrell Owens was sent home and officially suspended for a week by team officials after an argument with coach Andy Reid.

"Terrell Owens has been sent home from training camp due to undisclosed team issues," the Eagles said. "He is expected to return to the team on Wednesday, August 17th."

In the midst of all this, Owens is still looking for a new contract.

"We don't want, necessarily, a trade, but we would like to renegotiate his contract as we talked about," Owens' agent Drew Rosenhaus said. [READ]
