Tank Will Not Face Arizona DUI Charges

Yahoo.com - Ex-Bear Tank Johnson will not face charges in Arizona after a traffic stop on June 22, it was confirmed on Thursday.

Johnson was stopped at 3:30 a.m. in Gilbert, Arizona, for speeding and driving while slightly impaired. Blood tests later found that Johnson's blood-alcohol content was .072, under the legal limit of .080.

Charges could have followed if the authorities concluded he was impaired. [READ]
