Pittsburgh Brings Back RB Haynes

NFL.com - The Pittsburgh Steelers re-signed running back Verron Haynes to a one-year contract.

Haynes, a fifth-round draft pick in 2002, played seven games in 2006 before hurting his knee against Oakland on Oct. 29 and being cut in March. Haynes rushed for 738 yards and three touchdowns on 174 carries in 60 games for the Steelers. [READ]
