Charge Dropped Against Denver's Brandon Marshall

AP - A false imprisonment charge against Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall stemming from a domestic dispute was dismissed.

Attorney Harvey Steinberg said the charge was dismissed Friday in a Douglas County court. A spokesman for the district attorney did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Marshall was arrested in March after a woman who identified herself as his girlfriend said Marshall used his vehicle to block her taxi as she tried to leave his home south of Denver.

She said they had been arguing. [READ]
