| 10th May, 2007 - 1:46 pm |  Houston Chronicle - The Tennessee Titans signed quarterback Tim Rattay and claimed linebacker Gilbert Gardner off waivers from Indianapolis.
The Titans also signed free-agent offensive lineman Marques Ogden and fullback Jonathan Evans and waived defensive tackle Marcus White, fullback Nic Luc and defensive tackle Adrian Haywood.
Tennessee carried only two quarterbacks on the roster in 2006, with Kerry Collins backing up Vince Young. Collins re-signed with the Titans.
"Tim will come in to learn our system, compete for a spot on our roster and give us the option of keeping three quarterbacks," general manager Mike Reinfeldt said. [READ] |
