Turner's Restricted Free Agency Ends Friday

Union-Tribune - A deadline everyone knew would pass without action is upon Michael Turner, and he will no longer be a free agent after today.

If the backup running back is to leave the Chargers before 2008, it will be in a trade. Today is the deadline for restricted free agents to sign an offer sheet from a team other than their own.
