Jets Shopping McCareins
19th April, 2007 - 2:40 pm
Nashville City Paper - The New York Jets are shopping former Titans receiver Justin McCareins around the NFL, and Tennessee is a team that could have interest in bringing him back.

?I talked to Mike Reinfeldt about three weeks ago and he told me they definitely would have some interest in Justin at the right price,? McCareins? agent Cliff Brady said.

According to Brady, the Jets have been attempting to deal the six-year veteran, who spent his first three seasons with the Titans, and Brady has done some deal brokering of his own.

?The Jets have been shopping him around the league, and I?ve been shopping him around to clubs myself, but right now I think their asking price is maybe a bit too high to get a deal done. Hopefully, it will come down a bit as we get a little closer to draft day or maybe even during the draft and something can get done.? [READ]
