Culpepper Reveals Second Procedure Needed More Recovery

Sun-Sentinel - Daunte Culpepper didn't receive medical clearance to participate Friday in the Dolphins' first minicamp under new coach Cam Cameron. Culpepper continues recovering from surgery last November that he initially described as "minor."

On Friday, Culpepper revealed the procedure to remove scar tissue actually required a four- to six-month period of recovery. Culpepper said he had started sprinting last month in the offseason workout program but began experiencing soreness, which led to him being told to stop running. [READ]
