| 31st July, 2005 - 3:48 pm |  Philadelphia Inquirer - The Philadelphia Eagles announced yesterday that Jerome McDougle is expected to be released from the hospital within a week. This news coming two days after the defensive end was shot by armed robbers in the stomach.
"He is awake and good," hospital spokeswoman Maria Rosa Gonzalez said. "He is walking."
One arrest was made on Friday while other suspects are still being sought.
McDougle will have to avoid football activities for the next four weeks. [READ] |
