Bears Agree To Terms With Brown, Adams

Yahoo.com - The Bears solidified their offensive line Sunday, agreeing to terms with left guard Ruben Brown on a one-year contract.

Brown, 35, started all 16 regular-season games for the NFC champion Bears in 2006 and made his ninth career appearance in the Pro Bowl.

A first-round pick in the 1995 draft, the 300-pound Brown has made 173 career starts in parts of 12 seasons with Chicago and the Bills.

The Bears also bolstered their defensive line Sunday, agreeing to terms with defensive tackle Anthony Adams on a four-year contract at undisclosed financial terms. [READ]
