McNabb Placed On IR

AP - The Eagles placed Donovan McNabb on injured reserve Tuesday, ending the quarterback's season early for the third time in five years.

McNabb tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in Sunday's 31-13 loss to Tennessee, and is expected to have surgery within a month. He's expected to be sidelined for at least eight months. [READ]
