Broncos' Plummer Avoids Trial By Jury In Road Rage Case

AP - Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer won't face a jury trial in his road rage case.

"The case has been disposed," Englewood Municipal Court administrator Tamara Wolfe said Wednesday.

A disposition hearing was set for Sept. 29 in suburban Englewood. The two sides have until that time to work out a plea agreement. [READ]
