The Eagles have agreed to terms with third-round pick Nick Foles on a four-year deal.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but quarterback's contract is expected to include a signing bonus of $543,520 as the No. 88 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.
With Foles agreeing to terms, first round pick Fletcher Cox will be Philadelphia's lone unsigned draft choice.
