Young Hurts Throwing Hand, X-Rays Negative

AP - Rookie quarterback Vince Young gave the Tennessee Titans a scare on Wednesday when the back of his throwing hand slammed against a helmet during practice.

Young was examined on the field, then walked off for X-rays and did not return to practice. Coach Jeff Fisher said he wasn't too concerned, because the preliminary examination on the field indicated only a bruise.

"He's going to be all right. X-rays were negative," Fisher said. "He's going to have a sore hand, and we haven't ruled him out for the game." [READ]
