Commissioner Names Ray Anderson Senior VP Of Football Operations

Yahoo.com - The NFL is expected to name a commissioner to succeed Paul Tagliabue by Wednesday. Meanwhile, the league filled another important position.

Tagliabue announced on Monday that Ray Anderson has been named NFL senior vice president of football operations.

The position was previously held by Art Shell, who returned to the sidelines as coach of the Raiders last February. [READ]
