Broncos, QB Cutler Agree On Six-Year Contract

Yahoo.com - Rookie quarterback Jay Cutler signed a contract with the Broncos on Thursday, hours before the team's first workout.

The team announced the signing Thursday night, hours before its first training camp workout Friday morning.

Terms were not disclosed. However, a report on the web site of the Rocky Mountain News said Cutler, Denver's first-round pick, agreed to a six-year deal worth up to $48 million. The sixth year is at the team's option, according to the report. [READ]
