Young's Agent Wants Him In Camp On Time

The City Paper - Vince Young?s agent remains committed to getting the quarterback under contract and into training camp when it opens Friday.

Major Adams remains in Nashville and was to speak again by telephone with Tennessee Titans general manager Floyd Reese Tuesday night with another face-to-face meeting scheduled for today.

?We haven?t had any breakthroughs yet, but we?re still talking,? Adams told The City Paper. ?I?m still confident we can get it done in time.?

Adams declined to say how much guaranteed money he was seeking for the third overall pick in the draft, but did say the contract for the University of Texas star would ?probably? wind up being a six-year deal. [READ]
