Saban Remains Supportive Of Williams

South Florida Sun-Sentinel - Miami Dolphins Coach Nick Saban said the broken left forearm suffered Saturday by running back Ricky Williams in his fifth game as a member of the Toronto Argonauts would not affect his future status with the Dolphins.

"We're very supportive of Ricky and the season that he is having in Canada," Saban said in a statement released by the Dolphins. "Hopefully, he will have a speedy recovery, and we feel certain this setback will not affect his future as a football player."

Argos president Keith Pelley said that the Dolphins have contacted his organization about Williams' injury.

"Their medical people have talked to our medical people," Pelley said. "We're very confident that Ricky will be back. It's just a matter of when." [READ]
