Testeverde Still Plan B For Browns

The Cleveland Plain Dealer - Browns coach Romeo Crennel said Sunday that he still plans for Vinny Testaverde to be the team's Plan B at backup quarterback and that he may be able to sign the 20-year pro after training camp.

Mike Azzarelli, Testaverde's agent, said Sunday that Testaverde has not filed for retirement papers and would be open to returning to Cleveland. [READ]
