Palmer Rehab Ahead Of Schedule

The Cincinnati Post - Carson Palmer continues to rehab and progress ahead of schedule from surgery to repair the torn anterior cruciate and medial collateral ligaments he suffered in the playoff loss against Pittsburgh in January, Lewis has focused on making sure the rest of team is progressing six weeks before the start of training camp.

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis proclaimed his team, and Palmer, to be in good shape after the conclusion of a three-day mini-camp on Saturday.

"We come out of (the mini-camp) ahead of where we went into it," said Lewis. "It's been a good productive last three days. Carson got the four good practices in, coming through and showing himself where he is and having an opportunity to build on it as we head into training camp." [READ]
