Ravens And McNair Had Agreed To $11 Million Signing Bonus

Tennessean - On April 30 during the NFL Draft the Baltimore Ravens inquired about a trade for McNair, and the Titans granted permission for them to negotiate with Bus Cook.

Cook and the Ravens agreed on a five-year deal that would pay McNair an $11 million signing bonus and a $1 million base salary in 2006 ? more than double what McNair would have received in the Titans' January proposal. [READ]
