A Leaner, Better Fred Taylor?

Sportsline - Fred Taylor is in the second half of his career and is attempting to drop the 'Fragile' moniker he's had all these many years.

He is leaner than he was when he came out of the University of Florida, coming in at 222 pounds.

"At 30, you have to do things that you didn't do when you were younger," Taylor said. "That's all I'm doing."

According to Pete Prisco, he is showing the same bursts of speed that he used to show when he first came into the NFL.

"That's the real key," Taylor said about eliminating junk food. "That takes getting used to, but you go to bed at 10:30 and it's not that hard." [READ]
