Harrington Will Likely Need To Restructure 2007-2008 Contract

Sun-Sentinel - Quarterback Joey Harrington is slated to receive $3.75 million for the 2006-2007 season, a trivial number compared to what he has lined up for 2008.

In 2008, Harrington would receive a $10 million roster bonus, and a $5 million base salary, placing his cap number at $15.733 million, a prohibitive number. Restructuring the contract is the only way to lower the number. [READ]
