AP - Javon Walker is set to sign a new contract with the Denver Broncos.

"We do have a deal in place," Walker's agent, Kennard McGuire, wrote in an e-mail to The Associated Press.

"I can't give you details," McGuire added, other than to confirm the extension was worth between $40 million and $42 million.

The Broncos have a special policy not to disclose contract amounts.

Walker's contract will take him through the 2011 season and is expected to be signed on Wednesday. [READ]
