Lions Have Issues With Harrington's Contract Agreement With Miami

Detroit Free Press - Cleveland was interested in trading for quarterback Joey Harrington on Saturday, however, Harrington told the Browns he wasn't interested, and the Lions might try to take action because they believe Harrington's contract agreement with Miami violates NFL rules.

The Lions have decided to move on without Harrington. But Harrington remains on their roster, and he has control over his departure from Detroit because he is scheduled to receive a $4-million bonus if he is on the roster June 15. [READ]
