| 19th April, 2006 - 3:26 pm |  Contra Costa Times - Quarterbacks Vince Young and Matt Leinart and defensive back Michael Huff are scheduled to meet with Raiders officials this week. Young and Huff are due in today, Leinart on Thursday, according to their agents.
Oakland has the No. 7 draft pick in the first round. It's believed that Leinart, and perhaps Young and fellow quarterback Jay Cutler, will be selected before the Raiders are on the clock.
Therefore, the Raiders are exploring the possibility of trading up as high as No. 2, a person in the front office said. By doing so, the Raiders likely would be in position to choose from among the aforementioned quarterbacks. USC running back Reggie Bush is expected to be taken first overall by the Houston Texans.
