Favre's Deadline Pushed Back Again

PackersNews.com - The deadline that was never really a deadline has been pushed back again, and Brett Favre theoretically won?t have to tell the Green Bay Packers whether he plans to play this season until right before training camp opens.

Sources confirmed the new date for Favre?s $3 million roster bonus is July 27, which likely will be within a day or two of the date veterans will be required to report to the team for camp. The move was made on Friday ? the eve of the previous so-called deadline, which has been changed four times to accommodate Favre?s indecisiveness about his future. [READ]
