The Giants have signed free-agent linebacker Keith Bulluck. Bulluck worked out with the Giants on Friday in oppressive heat at the New Meadowlands. Coming off ACL surgery just seven months ago, with no team to supervise his recovery, Bulluck spent most of his spring rehabbing in New York.
